Hi, I’m Jane Roques-Shaw (pronounced Rock-Sure) and I’m passionate about living every moment meaningfully and helping others do the same - both in the workplace and during the big, defining milestones outside of work.
The inspiration to become a Celebrant arose from the sudden loss of my husband when we were both just 46 years old. Working with a kind and compassionate celebrant on his funeral showed me how vital this role can be, inspiring me to train as an Accredited Independent Master Celebrant through the Academy of Modern Celebrancy.
Now, I bring together everything I’ve learned in life, love, loss and my two decade long career in storytelling, employee experience design and event management to help people celebrate or commemorate their most meaningful moments with warmth, ease and hopefully a little humour.
