Calm, warm moment — hands resting with a cup of tea

1:1 planning support

End-of-Life Planning

Plan ahead. Make things easier for the people you love.

Most of us spend years planning for the big moments in life. Yet when it comes to the end of our lives, we tend to leave an awful lot unsaid, undecided and undone.

I offer calm, practical 1:1 support to help you think through what matters to you - from the funeral you'd like and the care you'd want to the practical information your family will need when the time comes.

You don't need to be ill. You don't need to be old. And you certainly don't need to have all the answers. We'll simply work through it together.

What we might work through together

There's no set agenda and no pressure to cover everything at once. We go at your pace, focusing on whatever feels most important to you. Here are some of the areas people often want to explore:

Your funeral wishes

What kind of send-off would feel right for you? The music, the tone, the people, the place. Getting this down means the people you love won't have to guess.

Advance care planning

What medical care would you want (or not want) if you were no longer able to speak for yourself? An advance care plan gives your wishes a voice.

Lasting Power of Attorney

Who would you trust to make decisions on your behalf? We can talk through what LPA means and why putting one in place is one of the kindest things you can do for your family.

Wills and practical paperwork

From making or updating a will to knowing where important documents are kept, getting the practical side in order removes an enormous burden from the people left behind.

Your digital life

Passwords, accounts, social media, online banking. Most of us have a significant digital footprint. We can think through what you'd want to happen to it.

The conversations you've been putting off

Sometimes the hardest part is simply starting the conversation with the people you love. I can help you find the words or think through how to approach it.

My support is here to help you think things through and get clarity on what matters to you. It isn't a substitute for professional advice. For medical decisions, please speak with your GP or a healthcare professional. For wills, LPA and legal matters, please consult a qualified solicitor.

"The greatest gift you can give the people you love is clarity."

How it works

This isn't a one-size-fits-all approach. Some people want a single focused session to get the essentials in order. Others prefer to work through things gradually over a few conversations. Either way, I'll meet you where you are.

01

A free initial conversation

We start with a relaxed, no-obligation chat to understand what's on your mind and what you'd like to get out of our time together.

02

Working through it together

We meet (in person or online) and work through the things that matter most to you, at a pace that feels comfortable.

03

Leaving with clarity

You'll come away with a clearer sense of your wishes, practical next steps, and the reassurance that the people you love will be better supported when the time comes.
