It's been a busy 20+ years in corporate life in Employee Experience, Culture, Engagement, event management and Internal Communications roles in global companies such as NBCUniversal, Warner Bros., Visa, dentsu, hmv and Endemol.
Much of that time has been focused on improving the experiences of employees - whether in their day-to-day working life or supporting them with life moments that have impacted work such as becoming a parent, experiencing a bereavement, becoming a carer, dealing with long term illness or transitioning after a redundancy. My passion has always been to create engaging, productive and inclusive workplaces that enable people to thrive, grow and be more productive.
Alongside this, I am delighted to have the opportunity to create meaningful experiences for people during significant and special life moments whether they are celebrating a joyful event or commemorating a loved one.
